    NOTICE OF ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS:F.Y 2026 Street ResurfacingPublic notice is given that sealed bids/proposals will be received online via the PennBid Program by the Borough of Prospect Park by Thursday, July 23, 2026 until 4:00 PM prevailing time.F.Y. 2026 Street Resurfacing - Scope of work includes milling and resurfacing of roadways and ADA Curb Ramp Construction. The project is comprised of an approximate total of the following items of work:A. Maintenance and Protection of Traffic B. Mobilization C. 3,600 SY of Milling D. 50 SY of Superpave Mixture Base Repair E. 325 Tons of Superpave Mixture Wearing Course Overlay F. 10 ADA Compliant Curb Ramp Corners – Design BuildBidders are required to submit a surety in the form of a bond or equivalent meeting 10% of the overall bid price in compliance with the contract documents. Bid bonds will be returned to the non-awarded bidders upon the execution of the contract. The successful Bidder shall also be required to provide a Performance and Payment Bonds in an amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount within ten (10) calendar days of receipt of written notice of acceptance of the Bid.Bids will be revealed via the PennBid website and opened via PennBid publicly at the bid opening.The Successful Bidder Who Is Awarded The Contract, Will Be Required To Pay “PennBid” A Fee Of 0.0033% (⅓ of 1 percent) up to $5,000 Of The Contract Award Value.All interested parties must submit questions via PennBid website (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com/login) by the posted deadline. Bidders are not permitted to contact the Project Engineer or staff directly.The Bidder's attention is called to the fact that this project is subject to PA Prevailing Wage Requirements.The Contract Documents contain all pertinent regulations.
