    Description

    The City University of New York, on behalf of College of Staten Island, is accepting Proposals for Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Services, to be provided by a qualified individual (referred to herein as “Candidate”) that will provide medication evaluations, medication management, and consultation for students that receive services at the College's Counseling Center. The College intends to engage the selected Candidate for a one-year term, anticipated to commence on or around February 27, 2026, contingent upon receipt of all necessary approvals. The College, in its sole discretion, may renew this engagement for two (2) additional one (1) year terms, for a term of up to three (3) years. The College will accept Proposal responses from either (a) an individual responding as a Candidate; or, (b) a staffing agency submitting responses on behalf of any Candidate(s) (referred to herein as "Proposer(s)" and “Contractor(s)”). Staffing agencies responding to this RFP may not submit more than two (2) resumes for consideration. The College will review and award a Contract to the Proposer that provides a Candidate deemed to offer the best value, as defined by the scoring criteria set forth Parts 4 & 6 of the RFP Document. The Procurement Lobbying Act (PLA) Applies to this Solicitation. The restricted period began with the publication of this ad. Compliance Procurement Lobbying Act Required Forms: Vendor shall complete, sign and submit the following forms if they are selected: 1. “Offeror’s Affirmation of Understanding of and Agreement pursuant to State Finance Law § 139-j (3) and § 139-j (6) (b)” 2. “Offeror’s Disclosure of Prior Non-Responsibility Determinations and Certification of Compliance with State Finance Law §139-j and §139-k” Under the requirements of the State Procurement Lobbying Act all communications regarding advertised projects are to be channeled through the Office of University Controller (*Designated Contacts). Until a designation is made, communication with any other CUNY employees concerning this project that is determined to be an attempt to influence the procurement may result in disqualification. Contact with CUNY: Under the requirements of the PLA, all communications regarding advertised projects are to be channeled through the Designated Contact. Communication with respect to this procurement initiated by or on behalf of an interested vendor through others than the Designated Contact may constitute an “impermissible contact” under NYS law and could result in disqualification of that vendor.
