FSDB has completed the selection process for professional services for the above-named project. It has been our objective to select the most qualified firm to perform this service. The results of the Committee decision rank the firms interviewed as follows:
FSDB will now enter into contract discussions and negotiations with Carr, Riggs & Ingram, LLC. It is noted that if the agency is unable to negotiate a satisfactory contract with the most qualified firm at a price that the agency determines to be fair, competitive, and reasonable, negotiations with that firm will be terminated and the agency will undertake negotiations with the second most qualified firm. This procedure will be followed until an agreement is reached.
