The City of Rowlett (“City”) is accepting competitive sealed bids (“Bid”) for the purchase and delivery of Type I Portland Cement for various locations within the city limits of Rowlett, Texas, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in this Bid document. However, due to budget contingencies, service quantities may be adjusted prior to award, or at any time during the contract period.
