    Description

    It is the intent of this specification to describe the Annual Contract for the purchase of various electrical and mechanical components needed to keep the Town’s various landfill leachate collections system operational and in compliance with NYSDEC Part 363 regulations. The Contractor will be required to provide all the listed equipment within individual purchase orders. The unit cost shall include all delivery and shipping costs. This bid will NOT include any labor for installation of the components, only delivery and shipment of the material to the site. The Contractor will be required to unload the material into the Town’s equipment storage trailer on site as directed to by the Town. Any and all deviations from specified material must be listed with appropriate equivalent design literature with the provided bid documents. Business enterprises awarded an identical or substantially similar procurement contract within the past five years: Bensin Contracting, Inc.
