These services support the ongoing care, expansion, and protection of Tucson’s urban forest—a vital component of our community infrastructure. The City’s urban forestry network include young and mature trees, a diverse species portfolio, as well as vacant planting locations.
Open and Continuous Solicitation
This solicitation will be open and continuous through March 16, 2031, meaning that the City will accept proposals from prospective offerors at any time through March 16, 2031. The initial submittal period is open through 2:00pm Local AZ Time on March 16, 2026. The City intends to review proposals twice a year, in March and September. Offers may be evaluated sooner or later at the City's discretion. Successful offerors will be awarded a contract and placed on the City's Qualified Vendor List for Tree Work Services.
