This Request for Proposal (“RFP”) solicits proposals from qualified vendors (alternatively “Proposer”), of which one vendor will be selected to operate and maintain a Radiology Voice Recognition Dictation System for SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University’s (“SUNY-DHSU”) Radiology Department. The Radiology Voice Recognition Dictation System must include, but is not limited to, voice recognition dictation reporting (including resident preliminary workflow), cloud hosting, peer review, and provide the ability for administration level enforcement functions including audit ability. The proposed system must be able to support HL7 and be able to integrate with FUJI PACS and RIS systems. Additionally, the system must support report dictation and customized SUNY-DHSU structured reporting templates. The system must include a Critical Test Result Management (CTRM) module that can automatically notify referring clinicians of Critical Results (both urgent and non-urgent) in radiology exams. The CTRM must enable repeat and escalated notifications to backup house staff and attending clinicians and provide the radiologist with "closed loop" confirmation of notification delivery.
