Installation of fiber optic conduit. Installation of 24” corrugated metal pipe (CMP) culvert. Installation of new 6” Potable Water Main. Installation of new 8” Non-Potable Water Main. Installation of new 8” Sanitary Sewer Main. Installation of a Sanitary Sewer Lift Station. Installation of 4” HDPE sewer force main. Completion of site revegetation and other miscellaneous items. Contract time will be 180 calendar days from the signing of the Notice to Proceed.
