License Pricing Across Extensions Is SAWS expecting license pricing to remain firm across all extension years, or may pricing vary year over year? A1: Please see Addendum 1 under attachment tab Submitted: 1/16/2026 12:49:48 PM (CT) Q2: From the contracts management team 2.Base Year vs. Extension Year One The pricing tables reference Year One and Extension Year One. Can SAWS confirm whether Extension Year One is duplicative of the Base Year, or if it is intended to reflect a different pricing or scope structure? A2: Please see Addendum 1 under attachment tab Submitted: 1/16/2026 12:49:21 PM (CT) Q3: In regards to Page 3, Items 2.2 Page 10, item 10, bullet 1 The RFP lists 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. CST support in one section, and 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. CST in another. Which support window applies for standard (non-critical) SaaS support, and which applies for escalations? A3: Please see Addendum 1 under attachment tab Submitted: 1/16/2026 12:46:44 PM (CT) Q4: Is SAWS willing to pay Annual Subscription Fees rather than per-user licensing fees? A4: Please see Addendum 1 under attachment tab Submitted: 1/15/2026 05:21:25 AM (CT) Q5: The requirements in the Purchasing Policies on Equal Employment Opportunity and SBOP March 2024 document state that SAWS’ SMWB program is designed to ensure that “local SMWBs have an equal opportunity to compete for and participate in SAWS contracts”. If the Vendor submitting a proposal is not local, is it subject to the SMWB program and its requirements? Will a non-local vendor be deemed non-responsive if they do not subcontract with a local SMWB or do not demonstrate good faith efforts to find a local SMWB to subcontract with? How does SAWS define a local SMWB? A5: Please see Addendum 1 under attachment tab Submitted: 1/15/2026 05:19:44 AM (CT)
