Additionally, the project involves constructing a controlled access rolling entry gate at the Holly side entrance, a controlled access rolling entry gate at the Ayers/Civitan entrance, and a manual access double swing chain-link gate on the Ayers/ Hygeia entrance, and a monument Identification sign with the city insignia and LED lighting at the Holly Street entrance, for privatization and protection of city owned buildings, equipment, vehicles and facilities.
a.Security fencing will encompass approximately 97 Acres project limits.
b. The addition of a new monumental identification structure with LED lighting at the Holly Road entrance.
1) Single 3'-0" x 14'-6" x 9'-7" high structure with LED light fixtures at each face, similar to the design of the Lipan entry to City Hall;
2) Landscaping on both sides of this entry to include:
a) Dry scaping with Colorado Bull Rock 3’-0” beyond the monument signage foundation in all directions.
b) Approximately 1 cubic yard 4”-6” Colorado Bull rock on white fabric.
c. The addition of one new motorized access controlled 30’-0” wide x 8’-0” tall rolling entry gate at the Holly Road entrance.
d. The addition of one new motorized access controlled 30’-0” wide x 8’-0” tall rolling entry gate at the Ayers/Civitan entrance.
e. The addition of one new manual controlled 30’-0” wide x 8’-0” tall double swing entry gates at the Ayers/Hygeia entrance.
f. The addition of approximately 9,007 LF new heavy-duty chain-link fencing, HF40 framework galvanized (silver), 3” OD posts at 8’-0” on center with 1-5/8” OD top / bottom rail & 6 gauge galvanized chain-link fabric system with concrete pier footings.
