    Description

    Please re-roof Two Cabins in Harriman State Park- T-14 Day Camp in The Park; Cabins 818 & 823. One measures just over eight (8) squares and the other almost thirteen (13) squares, totaling to 21 Squares. Scope of work includes: 1. Remove existing shingles 2. Make necessary wood repairs with similar decking. 3. ½” plywood sheathing over the entire roof of the one cabin #727 4. Install new facia board 1”X6” PT pine 5. Ice and water shield 6’ up and in valleys, tar paper the remainder of the roof. 6. Install new brown drip edge 7. Install new architectural GAF starter shingles and shingles in Charcoal Color with 1¼” roofing nails. 8. Install new architectural cap shingles on ridge and hips in Charcoal color with 2” roofing nails. 9. Install proper flashing around all roof penetrations. New rubber boots for plumbing vents and electrical mast pipe locations. Site must be left clean and all debris removed. P.S.
