Ice and water shield 6’ up and in valleys, tar paper the remainder of the roof. 6. Install new brown drip edge 7. Install new architectural GAF starter shingles and shingles in Charcoal Color with 1¼” roofing nails. 8. Install new architectural cap shingles on ridge and hips in Charcoal color with 2” roofing nails. 9. Install proper flashing around all roof penetrations. New rubber boots for plumbing vents and electrical mast pipe locations. Site must be left clean and all debris removed. P.S.
