Based on this site visit contractors will provide their detailed write-up of the work that will need to be done in order to complete the items listed in the specifications. The site visit date is 4/27/2026 from 10 AM to 2 PM. Interested bidders must schedule an appointed time by contacting Mr. Keenon Mikell at (412) 673-2113, ext. 100.Bids will be accepted up to 3:00 p.m. on 5/7/2026 and opened on 5/8/2026 at 3:00 p.m. during a virtual meeting.Trades: Masonry, Carpentry, Painting, Roofing, Plumbing, ElectricalSpecifications and all associated IFB documents are available at no cost from www.PennBid.net (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com).Note: All bids must be submitted electronically at www.PennBid.net (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com). Project start expected no more than two weeks after contract award.
