REBID HARD LABOR CREEK RESERVOIR APALACHEE RIVER INTAKE Sealed bids will be received by the Walton County Water & Sewerage Authority for furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and any other miscellaneous items necessary for the Rebid Hard Labor Creek Reservoir Apalachee River Intake in Walton County, GA. Bids will be received at the Walton County Water & Sewerage Authority, 2171 Highway 81, Loganville, GA 30052 until 2:00 p.m. local time on Thursday, April 23, 2026. Any bid received after said time and date of bid opening will not be considered by OWNER. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at this time and location. All bids will be evaluated by OWNER and the project will be awarded, if it is awarded, within sixty (60) days of the bid opening. The Project consists of, but is not limited to the following major elements: Construction of an in-river channel to the intake structure, a cast-in-place concrete intake structure, an entrance road, grading, security fencing, landscaping, and additional associated work as specified and indicated in the contract documents. Time of completion for all work associated with Rebid Hard Labor Creek Reservoir Apalachee River Intake shall be THREE HUNDRED SIXTY-FIVE (365) consecutive calendar days of the date specified in a written ¿Notice to Proceed¿ from OWNER. Copies of Contract Documents, Specifications, and Construction Drawings may be obtained from Precision Planning, Inc. upon an email request for plans to Natalie Pifer 861np@ppi.us.
