    The Institute for Basic Research intends to procure a roof repair (per the attached scope of work) pursuant to its discretionary purchasing authority. Please be advised, attendance at a site visit is mandatory prior to submitting a quote. If your company would like to be considered for this project, please review the attached scope of work and any supporting documents. REMINDERS: *Please note all vendors submitting quotes must be certified by AcryLabs on system application. Only certified applicators can be used as subcontractors. A copy of the certificate must be sent with your quote.* This is a NYS Public Works Project and Prevailing Wages MUST be paid. Vendors / sub-contractors must be registered with NYS DOL in order to submit a quote. A copy of the certificate(s) must be sent to us with your quote (see guidelines in the documents tab.)
