The public should be allowed to view, make and edit reservations online, whether using a PC, tablet, or phone, while RivCoParks staff should have the ability to modify and add to the system, including, adding fees, updating landing pages, and developing reports The Project Objectives are to implement a Recreation Management Software System that will: Provide a unified Point of Sale / Reservation Management System capable of supporting the various revenue streams of all RivCoParks operational divisions. Track and report high-level analysis of revenue and usage. Provide an intuitive customer web interface for self-service reservations, passes, and memberships including centralized customer profiles, transaction history, waivers, passes, and eligibility tracking.
