    Notice is hereby given that the New York State Department of Transportation is seeking to retain an engineering firm to provide: Regional Design Services for a Highway and Bridge Project, under PIN: RDSA.SF.EA1. Interested firms may submit a response after the Detailed Advertisement – Request for Qualifications is available on NYSDOT's website https://www.dot.ny.gov/doing-business/opportunities/eng-detailad. The Detailed Advertisement – Request for Qualifications shall stipulate whether subcontracting or joint ventures are permitted. Consultants must have an active electronic inventory in order to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for this project. Consultants who have not yet submitted an electronic inventory for the selection process must first register in the CSSWeb application https://www.dot.ny.gov/main/business-center/consultants/css-web. Compliance with the Procurement Lobbying Law: Under the requirements of the State Procurement Act, communications regarding the advertised project / procurement may only occur through the Designated Contacts.
