    Scope of Work

    CONTRACTOR shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, tools, permitting, safety measures and all other necessary incidentals for the construction of the Regional Park Maintenance Yard Relocation and New Courts Project located at Weston Regional Park whose address is 20200 Saddle Club Road, Weston, FL 33327. Construction is expected to begin in Fall of 2026. The work includes, but is not limited to, the construction of a new concrete 4,507 square foot maintenance building, maintenance yard, and seven new covered pickleball courts, within Weston Regional Park. The project shall be constructed in two phases, as described below. Phase 1 work consists of construction of the new maintenance building and maintenance yard on a vacant approximately 28,000 square feet area of the park (different than where the maintenance yard currently exists) including all associated mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and fire alarm systems, in accordance with the construction documents. The building program includes a 4-bay storage and warehouse area, restrooms, an IT equipment room, employee lounge, office work area, private offices, an equipment platform, exterior storage areas and a dumpster enclosure. Surface parking shall be provided surrounding the site to serve both maintenance buildings. The existing maintenance building and yard shall remain fully operational throughout Phase 1 construction, and the CONTRACTOR shall maintain uninterrupted access to and operation of the existing facility during this phase. Phase 2 work consists of the demolition of the existing maintenance building and yard, upon substantial completion and occupancy of the new maintenance building, and the construction of seven new pickleball courts enclosed under a pre-fabricated steel structure, measuring 240 feet by 80 feet (19,200 S.F. of covered court area), together with associated provisions for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, site work, lighting, and utility connections.
