    Description

H-GAC is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to conduct a stakeholder and public centered transportation technology/infrastructure planning process that will result in the Regional Zero-Emission Vehicle Infrastructure Plan. All eight counties of the Houston Metropolitan Planning Area must be included in this Plan. This planning process will include stakeholders and public involvement to produce a document that is consistent with regional priorities; it will utilize best available data and analyses, and it will foreground air quality impacts. It will build upon previous studies, plans, and initiatives led by relevant agencies and community organizations. The plan will provide concluding recommendations to equip stakeholders with the information they need to plan for a future that enables increased consumer choices in vehicle.
