    Description

    The work of this single bid project includes the renovation/repair of existing HVAC systems to improve stability of temperature/humidity. Work includes new chiller and building wide generator located adjacent to the Visual Arts - South Building, and routed utilities in lawn and utilidor. Within Visual Arts South: Modifications to the main distribution board to supply power to a new ATS and distribution panel to power the adjacent new chiller and load center that will service the Neuberger Museum. Plans will be available after July 30, 2026, through Dataflow, Inc. (866-829-2821 & info@godataflow.com ). A project walk-through has been scheduled for August 10, 2026, at 2:00pm, meeting at the SUCF Trailer on Salter Drive. Please confirm the date/time with the Consultant. Special Notice to Potential Bidders: Please review the Bid and Post Bid Checklist on the Construction Opportunities page on the Fund’s website (https://www.sucf.suny.edu/) for more information on bidder’s qualifications and other requirements. All bidders must present evidence of skill, experience and financial qualifications per Information to Bidders, Section 7 of the project specs. Subcontracting is permitted (Section 2.18 of SUCF Agreement). Principal subcontractors must be named within 48 hrs after bid opening per Information for Bidders Section 8. Bidders must submit within 48 hrs either certification of its NYS VendRep questionnaire (preferred) or a signed and notarized paper CCA2 form (Version 3/22 only), Attachments A, B, and C, Appendix A form, work descriptions, and preliminary project schedule. In accordance with State Finance Law §139-j, all non-technical inquiries regarding this procurement must be directed to Robbilee Luedtke at SUCF.ConstructionBids@suny.edu or for MWBE related issues, Scott Clay at SUCF.OpportunityAdmin@suny.edu .
