    SEALED PROPOSALS for MAINTENANCE BID NO. 2026-07, REPAIR & MAINTENANCE OF WAIMEA WATER TREATMENT PLANT HACH EQUIPMENT, District - South Kohala, County of Hawai‘i, State of Hawai‘i, will be received ELECTRONICALLY by the Department of Water Supply, County of Hawai‘i, until May 14, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. when they will be publicly opened. Bids received or delivered elsewhere other than specified herein will not be considered. This project generally consists of furnishing all transportation, labor, equipment, tools and consumable materials necessary to provide maintenance and repair services to various Hach equipment at the Department of Water Supply’s Waimea Water Treatment Plant facility for a period beginning from the notice to proceed, through June 30, 2027. ALL BIDS SHALL BE UPLOADED ONTO PUBLIC PURCHASE ONLY. NO EMAIL OR HARD COPY SUBMISSIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Notice & Instructions to Bidders, Official Proposal and Special Provisons must be downloaded. All questions and requests for clarifications must be submitted through the Public Purchase website. Do not email questions directly to the Department of Water Supply.
