    Description

    The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, parts, shop supplies and waste disposal fees & freight to install parts listed below to repair unit 48760, 2019 SDLG L959F, VIN # VLGL959FTK0640015. 

    FMD will be responsible for transportation of units to vendor’s location within 50 miles of the Houston-Sugarland-Baytown metropolitan statistical area. 

    Vendor will supply against defects & workmanship with a 1-year unlimited warranty unless otherwise stated.

    B.     (5) ENGINE OIL 400SDE 15W40 FLUIDS (FLUIDS-ENG OIL 15W-40)

    2.      Shop supplies if applicable.
