Crisalli & Associates, Inc. is seeking subcontractor and vendor bids for Replace OR Air Handler AHU-1 UH at Community Campus (30) project. The main features of the Work shall include, but not be limited to the following: This project will replace the existing air handling unit (AHU-1) that serves Operating Rooms (ORs) 1, 2, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 in SUNY UMU’s Community Hospital. A second air handling unit (AHU-2) will also be installed before the existing AHU is removed to avoid disruptions to the operating room, which will also serve as redundancy for AHU-1. AHU- 2 will be located outdoors at grade adjacent to the operating room addition’s west façade. In addition, a new “shoulder season” chiller will be installed outdoors to provide off season cooling, with new chiller pumps and ancillary hydronic equipment being installed in plant operation room O412. All work will be completed within 550 calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed. We highly encourage MBE/WBE/SDVOB companies to participate in this project.
