    Replacement of Aspinwall Road Bridge. The Work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipmen and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work shown on the plans and described in these specifications including, but not necessarily limited to the following: replacement of existing stell jack arch bridge with a 42 foot clear span precast three sided structure, spread footing and drilled shaft foundation installation, and the stone faced concrete parapet and moment slab installation.
