    The Owner is the Town of Rochester and the work site is/are located in the Town of Rochester. The projects limits extend from 125 feet south of the Boice Mill Bridge to 325 feet south of the Dunn Farm Road and Boice Mill intersection. The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work shown on the plans and described in these specifications including, but not necessarily limited to the following: replacement of existing steel jack arch bridge with a 42ft clear span precast three-sided structure, spread footing and drilled shaft foundation installation, and stone faced concrete parapet and moment slab installation. This is a Federal Aid Project and NYSDOT Standard Specifications, officially finalized and adopted on May 1, 2026 as posted on the New York State Department of Transportation’s website must be followed by the successful bidder.
