    June 29th, 2023 CLEAR CREEK COUNTY EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES CCHAT SOFTWARE REQUEST FOR BIDS Clear Creek County Emergency Medical Services is seeking a qualified firm/software personnel to perform the following tasks for its new Clear Creek Health Assistance Team (CCHAT). Track mandated State of Colorado data Send and receiving referrals Assist in the navigation of resources Funding for this project are provided from the Department of Local Affairs (DOLA) Peace Officers Behavioral Health Support (POMH) grant and the Behavioral Health Admiration (BHA) Criminal Justice Early Intervention Grant. The Scope of Services desired includes but is not limited to the following: Provide a platform for the creation and storage of individual service call data Provide the ability to communicate with the platforms of other agencies to receive incoming referrals Navigate resources via out going referrals Ability to create custom reports and forms to provide expediated work flow data Support data collection for both the Crisis Response Team and Community Integrated Healthcare Service Compliance with mandatory state regulations and data tracking applicable to emergency service medical providers Customer support during the planning and creation of the platform through the implementation of the software into use Software training and ongoing support services Other tasks may be included as the Project progresses and needs are identified.
