The North Attleborough Town Manager is soliciting sealed bids for the sale of a parcel of land located on West Street, Plainville, MA, (Plat 14/Lot 101) which contains approximately 2,100 square feet more or less. The property referred to in Book 16296, Page 0159 in Norfolk County Registry of Deeds, as a portion of the transfer dated February 28, 2002, for a minimum starting bid of Ten Thousand and One Hundred and Seventy Dollars and no Cents ($10,170.00) which is 90% of the Total Assessed Value of the parcel of land valued at Eleven Thousand and Three Hundred Dollars and No Cents ($11,300.00) in accordance with the

Uniform Procurement Act M.G.L. 30B.
