SUNY Empire is exploring the marketplace to identify vendors capable of providing comparable or enhanced functionality, including but not limited to: Comprehensive benefits eligibility screening (federal, state, and local programs) New York State–specific benefits and county-level localization User-friendly, secure, web-based access for students Ability to support or replicate existing configurations and workflows Implementation approach, including data migration and transition considerations Ongoing maintenance and updates to benefits data This Request for Information is issued for informational and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation for bids or proposals.
