    Description

Brooklyn College of the City University of New York is issuing a Request for Information (“RFI”) to learn more about the Assessment and Accreditation Management Systems (AAMS) available in the marketplace. It is anticipated, but not guaranteed, that Brooklyn College will use the information received in response to this RFI to develop a future procurement for an AAMS solution. Respondents are requested to respond to all questions in each of the sections included in this RFI. A response does not bind or obligate the responder or CUNY to any agreement for the provision of the solution referenced. No contracts will be awarded based on RFI submissions. Responding or not responding to this RFI does not preclude an interested party from participating on any future solicitations. Additionally, participating in a product demonstration will have no bearing on eligibility for a future solicitation. Responses to this RFI should be sent to BrooklynCollegeBids@brooklyn.cuny.edu no later than Friday, December 5, 2025 at 2:00 pm. Contact with CUNY: Under the requirements of the Procurement Lobbying Act (PLA), all communications regarding advertised projects are to be channeled through the Designated Contact. Communication with respect to this RFI initiated by or on behalf of an interested vendor through others than the Designated Contact may constitute an “impermissible contact” under NYS law and could result in disqualification of that vendor. The Designated Contacts for this RFI are Madonna Charles and Natalee Queneau.
