This RFI is for Wellness Visits Services (STORM RESTORATION SERVICES PROGRAM) specifically set forth in the RFI documentation. PSEG Long Island LLC (“PSEG Long Island” or “PSEG LI”), and its wholly owned subsidiary, Long Island Electric Utility Servco LLC (“Servco”) will administer the RFI on behalf of LIPA and its wholly-owned subsidiary Long Island Power Authority (“LIPA” or “Company”) and will enter into any contract awarded pursuant to the RFI as agent of and acting on behalf of Company. Please refer to the RFI documentation for more information regarding this bid event. Except as otherwise stated in the RFI, no other contact with Company’s, PSEG Long Island’s or Servco’s board, trustees, employees or consultants regarding the RFI is allowed during the RFI process.
