• Project Approach & Design (25 pts) —

  Quality, creativity, and feasibility of the proposed lighting design, including aesthetics and corridor cohesion

• Cost Proposal (20 pts) —

  Overall cost effectiveness, including installation, materials, and any optional services

• Project Schedule (15 pts) —

  Ability to meet project timelines, including proposed schedule and milestones

• Maintenance & Warranty (10 pts) —

  Quality and completeness of maintenance plan, warranty coverage, and responsiveness

• Compliance & Technical Capability (10 pts) —

  Adherence to specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements (e.g., NEC, TxDOT)
