    1.01 Any correspondence or enquiries relating to this Invitation to Bid should be submitted via the Corporation’s e-procurement portal at wsc.procureware.com. 1.02 The Corporation invites suitably qualified firms to submit a sealed bid for the Preventive Maintenance & Service of Office HVAC Systems – Headquarters, JFK Compound, Prospect, Somerset under reference number wscEP.022026 RFPPMSH via wsc.procureware.com . 1.03 The Corporation is seeking to engage the services of qualified firms to submit a sealed bid to prepare a Master Conceptual Plan for an office compound with multiple buildings and sites. The plan will be used to support management decisions on how best to use the available spaces, including spaces to be renovated and new buildings being added to the compound. This engagement is for the provision of preventive maintenance and servicing of HVAC systems serving the Corporation’s office and administrative buildings, including Headquarters, Building 8, Prospect, and Somerset. The current equipment inventory primarily reflects outdoor units; however, the scope of this engagement includes the associated indoor equipment required for proper system operation (including, as applicable: indoor fan coils/heads, air handlers, evaporator coils, filters, thermostats/controls, and condensate drains/pumps), whether or not such indoor equipment appears in the current inventory. 1.05 Upon receipt of this Invitation to Bid, invited Bidders are requested to indicate their intent to bid via the Corporation’s e-procurement portal at wsc.procureware.com. 1.06 All Bids must be submitted on or before 4:00 pm EST on Friday, March 13, 2026, electronically via the Corporation’s e-procurement portal at wsc.procureware.com. THE CORPORATION'S RIGHT TO ACCEPT ANY BID AND TO REJECT ANY OR ALL BIDS AND TO AMEND THE SCOPE OF SERVICES PRIOR TO AWARD OF CONTRACT 1.07 The Corporation reserves the right to accept or reject any Bid, and to annul the bidding process, and reject all Bids at any time prior to Award of Contract, and amend the Scope of Services prior to or during the progress of the works of Contract without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Bidder or Bidders or any obligation to inform the affected Bidder or Bidders of the grounds for the Corporation's action. Any such amendments shall be implemented in a manner consistent with the principles of transparency, equal treatment, and the continued integrity of the competitive process, notwithstanding the restricted nature of this RFP. 2.08 Each Bidder shall submit the following disclosures and supporting documents to ensure full transparency, comparability, and compliance with the requirements of this RFP.
