The sites are divided into Lot A - Headquarters, Prospect and Somerset, and Lot B - JFK Compound (Building 8). The service includes the outdoor units and the indoor equipment required for each system to operate properly, whether or not all indoor equipment is listed in the current inventory. 1.04 The intended contract period is three (3) years from award. The Corporation may award one or both Lots and may extend the contract subject to satisfactory performance and written agreement. 1.05 Upon receipt of this Invitation to Bid, invited Bidders are requested to indicate their intent to bid via the Corporation’s e-procurement portal at wsc.procureware.com. 1.06 All Bids must be submitted on or before 4:00 pm EST on Friday, June 26, 2026, electronically via the Corporation’s e-procurement portal at wsc.procureware.com. THE CORPORATION'S RIGHT TO ACCEPT ANY BID AND TO REJECT ANY OR ALL BIDS AND TO AMEND THE SCOPE OF SERVICES PRIOR TO AWARD OF CONTRACT 1.07 The Corporation reserves the right to accept or reject any Bid, and to annul the bidding process, and reject all Bids at any time prior to Award of Contract, and amend the Scope of Services prior to or during the progress of the works of Contract without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Bidder or Bidders or any obligation to inform the affected Bidder or Bidders of the grounds for the Corporation's action. Any such amendments shall be implemented in a manner consistent with the principles of transparency, equal treatment, and the continued integrity of the competitive process, notwithstanding the restricted nature of this RFP. 2.08 Each Bidder shall submit the following disclosures and supporting documents to ensure full transparency, comparability, and compliance with the requirements of this RFP. Professional Client References Three professional client references for similar HVAC maintenance and call-out work. viii. Certificates HVAC, refrigeration, or refrigerant handling certificates and training certificates, if applicable. ix. Sample maintenance report Upload a sample maintenance checklist or service or service report. x. Conflict of Interest Disclosure State any conflict or state "None".
