Will this solicitation require a bid bond?
Would you like to have bidders respond to an electronic pricing table through ProcureNow?
Some examples of of when to say "yes":
If you are NOT using the Electronic Pricing Table option, will you want your bidder to separate a Price Proposal from the rest of their Response? You'll want to do this if you open your bids initially WITHOUT showing price, and then come back in after a technical evaluation to unseal pricing later.
Will there be an evaluation committee to review the proposals and score them based on weights and multiple criteria?
Q (Site Visit ): Will the City schedule a site walk before bid due date?
A: Yes, it’s posted in the notice. We have it scheduled for Thursday July 9 at 10 am
Q (Existing Equipment ): Can you provide existing unit make/model, voltage, MCA/MOCP details? It will help you can share the existing photos of the equipment.
A: All of this information will be available during the walk through
Q (Temporary Cooling ): Do we need to account for the temporary cooling cost while units are being replaced?
A: The unit replacements are expected to be completed in phases with limited downtime, and temporary cooling is not anticipated to be required during the replacement process. I
