The parcel is currently zoned heavy industrial but has recently been subdivided and sold to developers interested in creating a commercial / recreational area inclusive of residential housing development. Submissions will be accepted now through February 4, 2021 at 4:00 pm Alaska time Submissions should meet criteria identified in section E and will be submitted electronically through the City’s drop box application. Firms interested in submitting an electronic proposal must email Nathan Duval and cc Wendy Robertson two business days in advance of the submission deadline for access to the Box file. Bidders are encouraged to download, fill out, and return the Request for Addendum / Plan Holders List form located here to ensure receipt of any addendum issued for this project. Valdez encourages disadvantaged, minority and women-owned consultant firms to respond.
