    Description

The Cities of Cloverdale, Cotati, Sonoma, and Windsor (collectively, “Participating Agencies”) invite qualified firms to submit proposals to provide comprehensive professional code enforcement services on a contract basis. The Participating Agencies seek a qualified vendor experienced in California municipal code enforcement, capable of delivering consistent, equitable, and legally defensible enforcement; high-quality customer service; and measurable results, while supporting community priorities including health and safety, property maintenance, housing habitability, and neighborhood quality of life. This is a cooperative procurement as the Participating Agencies have shared services. Each city will enter into a separate agreement with the selected proposer.
