REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES The Fitzgerald and Ben Hill County Regional Solid Waste Management Authority is requesting qualifications and proposals for the selection of an Engineering Firm to provide professional engineering services for the closure of the County's Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) and Construction & Demolition (C&D) landfill units. Selection of an Engineering Firm will be based on qualifications and experience with similar landfill closure projects. All contracts shall be subject to applicable GEFA requirements. The Ben Hill County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals and to waive informalities in the proposal process.
