Services include, but are not limited to:End User SupportProvide help desk services, desktop support, endpoint deployment and lifecycle management, hardware and software installation, troubleshooting, user account administration, equipment setup, technical assistance, and end-user training for City staff.Support includes desktop computers, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, printers, peripheral equipment, and standard business software.Infrastructure AdministrationProvide administration, maintenance, monitoring, and support for the City's technology infrastructure, including:• On-premises and cloud-based servers• Microsoft 365 and cloud services• Active Directory and identity management• Virtual private network (VPN) services• VoIP telephone systems• Storage systems• Enterprise applications• Backup systems• Disaster recovery and business continuity servicesNetwork AdministrationProvide installation, configuration, maintenance, monitoring, and optimization of the City's network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, wireless networks, internet connectivity, and related network equipment.Maintain current network documentation, diagrams, and inventories while coordinating with third-party vendors as necessary.Cybersecurity ServicesProvide cybersecurity administration and support to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of City information systems.
