    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Twin Rivers Unified School District will receive up to, but not later than 11:00 a.m. on June 4, 2026, proposals for the award of contract for: RFP No. 26-045 PEST CONTROL SERVICES Proposals shall be received electronically online at https://colbisecurebids.com/o/trusd/26-045. Proposers are hereby notified that, in accordance with Public Contract Code (PCC) sections 20112 and 1601, proposals will be received electronically. Proposals will not be publicly opened or read. Proposals received after the above-specified time may be rejected. The selected proposer shall provide comprehensive pest control services for all Twin Rivers Unified School District sites through an Integrated Pest Management program that prioritizes prevention, monitoring, digital reporting, and non-pesticidal control methods before the use of pesticides. The selected proposer shall also provide and maintain a customer portal identifying all District sites and documenting monthly scope of work performed, products used, quantities applied, as needed interior treatments, recommended follow-up services, and District corrective actions that may impact pest activity, in alignment with the Healthy Schools Act and the District’s Integrated Pest Management Plan.
