All proposals shall be uploaded, presented, and submitted to the District via online by using the web link below. Any proposal received after the time specified above could be considered non-responsive. https://www.bidnetdirect.com/california/torranceunifiedschooldistrict Miscellaneous Information The District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any irregularities, and award a contract in the best interest of the District. Award will be based on overall value, with price as a primary, but not sole factor. No respondent shall withdraw any proposal for a period of ninety (90) calendar days after the date set for the opening of proposals. It is each respondent’s sole responsibility to ensure its proposal is timely delivered and received online via the designated due date and web link specified above. The District shall not be responsible for any delivery issues. Each respondent shall be licensed pursuant to applicable State of California Regulations, California Business and Professional Codes, and have any and all necessary licenses to perform the work called for in this request for proposals. Copies of all applicable licenses must be included with their submitted proposal. Inquiries and Clarifications. This document is for informational purposes and shall not relieve the respondent of the requirements to fully become familiarized with all the factors affecting their proposal. The respondent is advised that all inquiries and clarifications about the RFP documents, specifications, etc., shall be submitted to the District in writing no later than Friday, April May 01, 2026, by 2:00 PM (PDT). The District will respond at its earliest possible opportunity. Verbal communication by either party with regard to this matter is invalid.
