    Description

    The Middlesex County Improvement Authority (hereafter also referred to as MCIA, Authority or Owner) is interested in requesting proposals from qualified Engineering Consulting Firms, who have experience working with New Jersey TRANSIT, Conrail, and AMTRAK to provide an update to the North Brunswick Transit Village Traffic Study previously prepared in 2010 for the North Brunswick Transportation Oriented Development (NBTOD). The specific description of the Services and the specific responsibilities are outlined in the Detailed Specifications section herein. It is the intentions of these specifications to provide to prospective proposers the requirements to provide these SERVICES.

    Proposals, as applicable, are being sought from individuals/firms ("PROVIDERS") for the Services as part of a fair and open process being undertaken by the Authority pursuant to N.S.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq.

    The furnishing and delivering of the Services (hereinafter also referred to as the "Work") under this Contract embraces the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, supervision, administration, scheduling, and all things necessary to supply the Services.
