REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES

 

Sealed Request for Qualifications for the City of Lampasas’s Engineering Services for the Hancock Park Golf Course Hole #6 Golf Cart and Equipment Bridge will be received at Lampasas City Hall, 312 E Third St., Lampasas Tx until 2:00 P.M., July 1, 2026. Statements of Qualification must be received and time stamped by the Public Works Administrative Assistant or City Secretary prior to the aforementioned time, when they will be publicly opened at City Hall. No late SOQ’s will be accepted. The Consultant shall provide design, architectural/engineering, surveying and other services required for the preparation of plans, bidding/negotiation, construction administration, specifications and estimates and permitting documents for the City. These services must adhere to procurement regulations under the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) guidelines, as this project is associated with the July 2025 flooding event (FEMA DR-4879).

Intent

The City of Lampasas invites qualified firms to submit Statements of Qualifications for the design and support of installation for a golf cart and course equipment bridge structure. The intent of this project is to provide a safe, durable, and code-compliant crossing while meeting the highest standards of structural integrity and public safety.
