      If a Proposer has exceptions to the contract terms, the Scope of Work, or any other aspects of the ITB, the proposer MUST include the exceptions in this section.  Proposers are advised that Nashville MTA will NOT consider changes to contract terms that are raised after the bids have been submitted.  Submissions that include statements "exceptions to contract terms and conditions will be provided if the bidder is selected for award" will be deemed non-responsive and will not be evaluated.

      Nashville MTA will not consider changes to Exhibit A, Federal Transit Administration Clauses, or Exhibit B, State of Tennessee Clauses.

      Bidder must indicate on the attached proposed contract "Accept Contract As is" or redline any exceptions.
