All work shall be completed within five (5) working days, weather permitting. Should weather be a factor, the contractor shall contact the City to offer the date when the property will be mowed.

Repair(s) for any and all damage that occurs to the property (i.e., ruts, broken and/or injured plants/trees, sidewalks/patios/driveways and/or structural damage) will be the responsibility of the contractor. All repairs shall be completed within ten (10) working days of the occurrence.

Contractor shall provide the City with date-stamped before and after pictures of the properties along with the invoice. Failure to provide the required pictures will result in the City rejecting payment of the invoice for said work performed.
