• Requirements —

  Fence Install
  - 250’ of 6’ commercial grade Chain link
  - 6’ 9g KK chain link
  - 2 3/8” sch40 galvanized steel terminal posts
  - 2” sch40 galvanized steel line posts
  - 1 5/8” sch40 top rail

  Includes removal of existing 4’ fencing

  Fence Install
  - Replace 330’ of 6’ commercial grade chain link and spot repair posts / top rail back to plumb.

  - Rework top rail in areas as needed

• Renewal Options —

  The term of the Contract may renew annually, upon mutual agreement for One-Time Purchase additional one-year term(s) under the terms and conditions provided herein, unless written notice of a party’s intent not to renew is received by the other party on or before thirty (30) days before the expiration of the then current term.
