Unauthorized quotes will be deemed "Non-Responsive" and will not be considered for award. Firms submitting an alternative manufacturer, model, or part number shall result in a “No Bid” and will not be considered for award. Approved equals will not be accepted. Any award as a result of this RFQ will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible firm and shall be on a lump sum basis, in accordance with the requirements in this RFQ.
Delivery shall be by electronic download only. No tangible items will be accepted.
Prices quoted shall remain firm for the term of the Purchase Order.
Any questions or clarifications shall be submitted in writing no later than 11:00 a.m., June 10, 2026. The Authority will respond to all written questions by issuing a written addendum no later than June 12, 2026.
By submitting a quote, Firm agrees to the terms and conditions as stated in Exhibit A, entitled “Orange County Transportation Authority General Provisions,” which by this reference incorporated herein. Firms who do not bid on all line items in the Pricing Proposal shall be deemed “Non-Responsive” and will not be considered for award. Firms should be aware that an award may be made without further discussion.
The successful Firm will be required to comply with all applicable Equal Employment Opportunity Laws and Regulations.

The Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) requests quotes from authorized resellers to provide HPE Nimble Annual Maintenance and Support Renewal for two (2) Nimble HF40 Disk Arrays. HPE will offer support for the Nimble Storage HF40 Adaptive Array until July 31, 2028.
The budget for this effort is $29,383 for a twenty-four (24) month term effective July 3, 2026, through July 31, 2028.
OCTA is aware that HPE will not offer support for the HF40 Array beyond July 31, 2028.
OCTA is not requesting a quote for HPE’s recommended replacements for the HPE Nimble Storage HF40 Adaptive Array. Therefore, any alternative model or part number will not be considered for award.
Currently, OCTA is only requesting a quote for the items stated in this RFQ. Authorized resellers should be able to provide this quote, as HPE will continue to support the HF40 Adaptive Array through July 31, 2028. Additionally, the term for this renewal is for a twenty-four (24) month term effective July 3, 2026, through July 31, 2028.
