Request for Written Quotes – Annual Nuisance Abatement, Mowing, and Property Cleanup Services

The City of Brady is formally inviting your company to submit a written quote for our upcoming annual contract for

as-needed Code Enforcement property mowing and nuisance cleanup services. The City routinely encounters

private properties whose owners are in violation of local high-weed and unsanitary condition ordinances. When

owners fail to clean their properties, the City intervenes via an authorized contractor to restore compliance,

protecting neighborhood safety and property values.

Because our annual aggregate spending for this service is kept beneath $5,000, we utilize an easy, straightforward

informal quote process rather than a formal sealed bid. We are seeking reliable partners who own commercial- grade

equipment, maintain adequate liability insurance, and can respond rapidly when a Work Order is issued.

Submission Instructions:

To be considered for selection as a primary or secondary vendor, you must complete and return the attached

Quote Sheet (Document 3) along with a copy of your current Certificate of Insurance (COI) showing commercial

liability coverage. Quotes may be submitted via any of the following methods:

Submission Deadline: All quotes must be received by the City no later than Thursday, July 30, 2026, at 5:00 PM CST. Late submissions or quotes missing insurance documentation will not be reviewed.
