Four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000.00) per Qualified Applicant will be reserved to provide their eligible customers with low interest EERLF Loan (Loan). Funds will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis to Qualified Applicants. If changes are made to this solicitation notification will be posted on NYSERDA’s website at: www.nyserda.ny.gov/funding-opportunities Eligibility/Qualifications Requirements/Preferences: a. A participating contractor in active full status for a minimum of two years with PSEG Long Island Home Comfort Program or PSEG Long Island Home Performance Program. b. A participating contractor in active full status for a minimum of one year with the Green Jobs-Green New York (GJGNY) Residential Financing Program with a minimum of ten (10) approved and completed projects financed by GJGNY loans.
