This emergency project consists of furnishing all labor, equipment and materials from the recent storm events to include earthwork, grading, export and/or import and placement of material as required, sewer pipe replacement, restoration of roadway and shoulder grade, furnishing and installation of aggregate base and new asphalt pavement, and all appurtenant work related to a project of this type to be completed and be fully functional and operational. MANDATORY PRE-BID FIELD MEETING will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 8, 2026 for this project. All interested contractors shall meet Marc Morales at the City Hall located at 9700 Seventh Avenue, City of Hesperia. All questions related to this project MUST BE SUBMITTED prior to 5:00 p.m. on January 9, 2026 via the PUBLIC | PURCHASE online bidding platform.
