All interested contractors shall meet Marc Morales at the City Hall located at 9700 Seventh Avenue, City of Hesperia. All questions related to this project MUST BE SUBMITTED prior to 5:00 p.m. on February 18, 2026 via the PUBLIC | PURCHASE online bidding platform.
