The City of Hesperia, hereinafter referred to as “City”, is seeking sealed bids from qualified vendors, hereinafter referred to as “Bidder”, to provide removal and disposal of deceased animals from the Animal Control Department located at 11011 Santa Fe Avenue, Hesperia, CA 92345 Inquiries are due no later than April 15, 2026 at 1:00 PM. The City shall respond to inquiries no later than April 16, 2026. Inquires submitted after this deadline will not receive a response. The City Contact, hereinafter referred to as “Contact”, is the sole point of contact for this solicitation. All communication shall be in writing and submitted to the Contact. Bidders are not permitted to communicate with other City staff or officials about this RFB, except for during pre-bid meetings, demonstrations, and/or interviews, unless otherwise directed by the Contact. The PUBLIC|PURCHASE online platform (Public Purchase: City of Hesperia Home Page) will be utilized for receipt of all bids. The City will no longer accept, nor will it consider bids that are hand delivered or mailed. All bids must be submitted online at PUBLIC|PURCHASE prior to the noted deadline. The deadline for submitting a bid is April 22, 2026 at 10:00AM. The PUBLIC|PURCHASE website will not allow the submittal of any bids after this deadline; therefore, late submittals will not be permitted.
